Justin D. Pelkey
Justin D. Pelkey has practiced family law primarily in central Indiana where he has practiced for the past three years. He continues to concentrate his practice on family law in addition to being trained as a Guardian Ad Litem. He is a passionate trial advocate who will work tirelessly for you inside and outside the courtroom in settlement discussions or mediation. He has experience handling divorces, paternity cases, guardianships, chins matters, and adoptions and can assist in post-decree modifications such as spousal maintenance, child support, or custody.
Justin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana, graduating with honors in 2017. While at the University of Southern Indiana, he participated in Moot Court and served on the Senior Leadership Committee and Dean’s Advisory Council. Justin earned his law degree from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he participated in the Trial Practice program and the Dean’s Tutorial Society. He has been a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association since 2020.
Justin currently resides with his wife in Hancock County. He is a Hoosier at heart and loves all things Hoosier. In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his two dogs, Luna and Anna, and loves to attend Colts and Pacers games.
